Seeking oustanding interns for our Guest Relations and Quality training on Lanzarote

Guest Relations make sure of giving an extra service to the guests above customer care by creating an experience, discovering their needs during the stay, bringing them close to the town where they are staying so that they can feel the place and feel special. This will help create loyalty and convert guests into regulars.

The tasks of Guest Relations are manifold and are related to most of the other departments of the hotel:

Management:

• Identify VIP guests
• Prepare welcome letters
• Check and follow up on the given quality
• Respond comments on Trip Advisor and internal Customer Survey

Reception:

• Allocate VIP rooms
• Welcome VIP clients
• Find out guests ‘preferences
• Walk guests to their rooms along with the bellboy
• Receive queries, complaints

Room Service:

• Prepare the list of in-room surprises,  and make sure of the delivery

F&B:

• Make reservations for the a la carte restaurants and promote upselling

Housekeeping:

• Prepare lists for the VIP treatment (turn down service, special amenities)

Heads of departments:

• Elaborate a monthly analysis using the results of Quality Focus and present it to the heads of departments in order to take appropriate measures if necessary

Guests:

Before arrival:

• Book transfers
• Send confirmations to “unique” and executive reservation
• Allocate and check rooms, prepare welcome cards

During the stay

• Welcome and walk guests to their rooms
• Inform guests about the hotel, its services, timetables etc.
• Concierge service (have up-to-date information about events, restaurants, expositions, demonstrations, etc.)
• Manage complaints and suggestions
• Follow-up during the stay (identifying preferences, etc.)

After the check-out

• Farewell guests (hand over Trip Advisor card)
• Manage lost&fund

Vereisten:

• LANGUAGES: High level of English and Spanish >b2, other languages will be an asset
• PROFILE: Enrolled student, Excellent communication skills, proactive and open personality, able to solve problems 
• EDUCATION: relevant like tourism or leisure or hotel management

Op basis van dit alles kijken wij of je geschikt bent voor de baan en de organisatie. Wij presenteren jouw gegevens aan het bedrijf en wanneer zij akkoord gaan kan je alles gaan regelen voor deze onvergetelijke baan.

Wij blijven beschikbaar voor advies, vragen etc.

Voor je cv/motivatie aanpassingen, presentatie, advies vragen wij een bescheiden bijdrage van 99 euro. Deze hoeft pas betaald te worden indien het bedrijf akkoord gaat met jou als hun nieuwe werknemer.

Als het bedrijf een gesprek met jou wenst dan vragen wij op voorhand het bedrag.

Als het bedrijf alsnog niet akkoord gaat met jouw sollicitatie, storten wij het bedrag retour of na overleg leggen wij jou bij een ander bedrijf voor.
